Refund policy

Inkling & Co – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inkling & Co, all our products are thoughtfully curated DIY kits designed for a complete creative experience. 

1. Returns / Refunds

  • All orders placed on Inkling & Co are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

2. Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Product Only)

We only offer replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Once approved:

  • We will ship a replacement at no additional cost

3. No Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • In case of changes (address, etc.), write to us within 2–3 hours of placing the order

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened DIY kits
  • Used materials or partially completed kits
  • Items purchased during sales or special offers

5. Shipping & Liability

  • Inkling & Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must raise it with the courier
  • In case of lost shipments, we will assist but resolution is subject to courier confirmation

6. Abuse & Fraud Protection

  • We reserve the right to deny replacement requests in cases of:
    • Suspicious claims
    • Multiple repeated complaints
    • Evidence of product usage
