Inkling & Co – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Inkling & Co, all our products are thoughtfully curated DIY kits designed for a complete creative experience.
1. Returns / Refunds
- All orders placed on Inkling & Co are final and non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
2. Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Product Only)
We only offer replacement (not refund) under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Once approved:
- We will ship a replacement at no additional cost
3. No Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- In case of changes (address, etc.), write to us within 2–3 hours of placing the order
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened DIY kits
- Used materials or partially completed kits
- Items purchased during sales or special offers
5. Shipping & Liability
- Inkling & Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
- If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers must raise it with the courier
- In case of lost shipments, we will assist but resolution is subject to courier confirmation
6. Abuse & Fraud Protection
- We reserve the right to deny replacement requests in cases of:
- Suspicious claims
- Multiple repeated complaints
- Evidence of product usage
